Actual product colours, proportions, sizes, materials and information may differ from the website or the catalogue. We recommend you to contact our customer care team if any of those information is very important to you before your order. If you are planning a big order we recommend you to buy one piece first. We are not responsible for any typographical errors.
Delivery times listed on the website and the catalogue referred to the time that needed for the order to be ready for collection or dispatch (lead time) and is not the time requires to reach you. Transit time must be calculated additionally to those days. We are not responsible for any delay during the transit time. Delivery time is an indication to help you choose the right product for you and are not a commitment from us. Please be ready to accept a delay in the lead time or the transit time. If you need your order for an event or similar reason and the delivery times are on the limit we recommend you to consult our customer service team. We are not responsible for any cause due to the delay of an order.
We are trying hard to present you the most accurate image of our stock in real time. Although its possible that the numbers presented are mistaken in some cases. If you place an order and there is shortage for any reason we will inform you. We are not responsible for any cause due to a product shortage.
Inability to prepare an order

Denial of an order

Design of an order
If you order a customised order our design team will contact you regarding the information needed as soon as you place it. Before proceeding to production your order design will be send to you by email or other ways. Your order will be processed to production only when we receive your confirmation of the design. We are not responsible for any grammar, spelling, colors or design errors as soon we receive your confirmation. Any delay in the confirmation or the receiver of the confirmation will affect the delivery schedule. Visualisation and general design is free, for complicated works an extra charge maybe occur, you will be informed in advance.
Customisation of an order
We aim to provide you the maximum information regarding our customisation methods in order to help you choose the most suitable to you. If you have any doubt about the result of each process we recommend you to consult our customer care team. We are not responsible for any misunderstandings regarding customisation processes.
Cancelation of an order
If your order don’t includes customisation you may cancel it anytime prior to dispatching. For customised orders you can cancel an order only before you confirm the design. As soon as your order moves to production cannot be cancelled. In that case contact our customer service department.
Offers, Outlet & Promotions
Products in special offer or outlet or promoted products cannot be combined with any other discount or coupon.
Complains & Returns
Our return policy is divided into two sections a) products without customisation b) products with customisation
For products without customisation we have a 30days return policy. If you want to return the order or some products download and fill the product return application and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our returns team will contact you for the return instructions as soon as we receive the form. All the products must be send in the same condition that they were send/received. As soon as you receive our return label you must return the order back to us within 15days. All transport charges for a return must be paid by you.
Products with customisation can only be returned only due of the quality of the products or printing. Not any other reason of return is accepted If you want to return a customised order because of the above please fill the product return application and it to email@example.com within 30 days since you receive the order. Then our returns team will contact you asking for proofs of the bad quality. If your application and proofs are accepted we will contact you for the return instructions as soon as we receive the form. All the products must be send in the same condition that they were received. As soon as you receive our return label you must return the order back to us within 15days. All transport charges for a return must be paid by you.
Refunds are happened within 30 days as soon as we receive the products back and be checked that everything is according your complain and that products are in the same condition that they were send/received.
Our company has the right to deny a return before sending you the return label or when we receive the products back.

Unless you have a business account with special credit terms all the orders must be paid 100% in advance. You can pay the order either by your card or bank deposit. If you choose the bank deposit option please note that your order will not be processed until we receive the payment and not any further action is going be taken by us. If you send money with bank deposit we recommend you to send a copy of the payment at email@example.com. All the delays in bank deposit will affect the delivery time of your order.
